From Pain to Purpose: Trusting God in the Valley of Infertility & Seasons of Waiting is a Christ-centered support group for women experiencing infertility, secondary infertility, miscarriage, pregnancy after loss, adoption-related challenges, or other seasons of waiting. This group provides a safe and compassionate space to connect with others who understand, find encouragement, and—most importantly—deepen your walk with the Lord. Together, we will seek God's presence in the waiting, discover His faithfulness in every season, and allow Him to transform our pain into purpose.
We recognize that waiting can be one of life's greatest challenges. Whether you are waiting for a positive pregnancy test, healing after loss, clarity about your next step, or fulfillment of a promise God has placed on your heart, you are not alone. While we don't have all the answers, we know the One who does.
This semester, we will journey through Wait and See Participants Guide by Wendy Pope. Together, we'll study the lives of Joseph, Moses, David, Nehemiah, Abraham and Sarah, and Noah to discover what it truly means to wait on God with faith and confidence. Throughout this study, we'll learn to:
- Trust God's ways rather than doubt His delays.
- Wait with God instead of simply waiting on God.
- Experience God's presence rather than merely endure the delay.
- Focus on the Giver instead of the gift we're waiting for.
- Stay faithful in today's calling while trusting God with tomorrow.
- Move forward with confidence by doing what we know God has already asked us to do.
Rather than viewing waiting as wasted time, we'll discover that God often does His greatest work within us while we're waiting for Him to work around us.
This group will begin meeting on Thursday evenings during Grace Valley's Support & Recovery Night at Grace Valley Church.
We will meet from 6:30–8:00 p.m. on the scheduled Thursday evenings. Childcare is provided through Grace Valley Kids Ministry.

Led by Mollie Walker, Co-Founder of Tennessee Fertility Advocates, this ministry welcomes all women in the community navigating infertility, pregnancy loss, or seasons of waiting while trusting God to write their story.
